Melody Walker is a freelance costume designer, resident wardrobe manager, and owner and blogger of Gal Friday Vintage. She graduated from Marymount Manhattan College where she obtained a B.A. in the Design and Technical program with a concentration in Costume Design. She's costumed at various theatre in Cleveland, Ohio including: Cleveland Playhouse Square, Near West Theatre, Dobama Theatre, Cuyahoga Community College, and Beck Center. She is also the Resident Wardrobe Manager at Dobama Theatre. Her work has been reviewed by Roy Berko for Broadway World Cleveland, Talkin' Broadway, and Cleveland Stage Alliance. She has also been nominated for Best Costume Designer in 2019 on Broadway World. Her work is noted for its extravagance, period accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
